21st Annual WCASHRM Managers Seminar

Born out of need and demand, the Seminar is intended to educate and motivate primarily managers and supervisors - in areas vital to being a great manager/supervisor, and dealing with employment matters. This seminar is specifically designed for all levels of managers – from the newly promoted to the senior level in sizes of organizations. In addition, individuals not yet in management can gain knowledge to become a manager. Cindy Rowe will be the keynote speaker at this year's Managers Seminar. She is an internationally recognized speaker known for transforming organizations through the unexpected power of kindness and heart-centered leadership. Following the keynote, there will be 5 hours of concurrent sessions. Lunch is included with the registration fee. Topics include: Kindness, Dealing with Burn-out, Team Building, Generational Differences, Employee Engagement, Practical Tips for Managers from an Employment Law Attorney, Mental Health in the Workplace and Employee Relations. Six hours CE is approved by HRCI, SHRM, Attorney CLE, Arkansas State Board of Embalmers, Funeral Directors, Cemeteries, and Burial Services and NHA/ LTC Care.
