Your chance to enjoy a relaxed social mixer at the bar in the Arlington Hotel and Spa while authors pre-register for the event. No VIP or GA registration during this time, but you are free to mingle. Fangirl Friday April 10 | 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Interactive reader-author day with a featured authors panels and reader Q&A. Panels may run through 2:45-3 PM. Included for authors, their PAs, and Flamingo VIP ticket holders only. Reader & Author Buffet April 10 | 3 p.m. - 4 p.m. Buffet included for Flamingo VIP ticket holders, authors, and their personal assistants only. Bootlegger's Ball & Book Birthday Bash April 10 | 6 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. Remember those fun, cheesy birthday parties you had as a kid? Well, this is like that, except for book birthdays. Bring your flapper dress or zoot suit and shop for brand new releases VIP ticket holders get first chance at buying. Authors with new releases will set up and sell their new book babies while we eat cupcakes and celebrate with a cash bar. Flamingo VIPs, authors, and their PAs only. Super Signing Saturday April 11th 8 a.m. registration 10 a.m. - noon VIP Admission 12 p.m. - 5 p.m. General Admission a 7-hour family-friendly cultural event - ALL AGES WELCOME. VIP ticket holders get 2-hour early entry (10 a.m. - noon, plus all day), VIP event tote, and swag grab table first dibs! General Admission tickets are for noon-5 p.m. All ticket levels receive a TropiCon event lanyard and badge, event swag, and ample opportunity to get signed books and bookish swag from our attending authors and vendors!
