Brian Reilly

Brian Reilly, 71, of Hot Springs, Arkansas, passed away at his home on Monday, March 9, 2026.

He graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1982, and moved to Hot Springs with his wife, Lisa, and opened Family Care Chiropractic Center where he proudly served the community as a chiropractor for 45 years, a member of the Elks Club, and a Freemason.

Brian will be remembered for his generosity — with his time, his interest, his talents, his love. While he was an incredible father, coach, cheerleader, and chiropractor, the role in which he truly shone was being "Papa B" to his 10 grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Lisa; his children — Jesse (Leslie) Reilly of New Orleans, Jack (Kate) Reilly of Fayetteville, Hannah (Randy) Strope of Fayetteville, and Ann (Colin) Gearity of Fayetteville; his sisters — Linda (Walter) Keane of Freeport, New York, and Loretta Reilly of Honolulu, Hawaii; his brother John (Iris) Reilly of Long Beach, New York; and his grandchildren Isaiah, Ethan, Wilson, Owen, Connor, Porter, Margaret, Ella, Fletcher, and Otis.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack Reilly and Antoinette Reilly; his brothers, Paul and Ron Reilly; and his dog Mugsy.
