Christopher Outler
Trenton Outler passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on July 9, 2026, at the age of 51.
Trent was born on Oct. 8, 1974, to Jennifer and Larry Outler. He was a lifelong resident of Hot Springs and a graduate of Hot Springs High School. He will be remembered for his outgoing personality, his friendliness and his devotion to his family.
He had a special bond with his grandparents, Dick Gilliam and Ann Gilliam Goff.
He spent many mornings with Dick, who shared the history of Hot Springs with him as they took their morning drive. Trent and Ann were avid sports fans and enjoyed watching golf tournaments together and any Arkansas Razorback game. They also shared a love of animals.
Trent loved music and rarely missed an opportunity to turn the volume up! Music could always lift his spirits. His favorite thing to do was spend time with friends, many of whom he considered brothers.
Trent is predeceased by his grandparents, Dick Gilliam, Ann Gilliam Goff, Louie Outler and Alice Thomas.
He is survived by his parents, Jennifer Gilliam Outler and Larry Outler (Tammy); his aunt, Dianne Parker; his uncle, Richard Gilliam Jr. (Vickie).
Other survivors include his cousins, Jan Johnson (Sarah) of Boulder, Colorado, Kelly Wright (Lonnie), Matt Parker, Brittni Terlecki (Lee) and his favorite "little cousins" Blakely, Benton and Emery Wright; stepbrother, Joe Casteel and numerous other relatives and loved ones.
The family plans to hold a remembrance gathering to celebrate and honor Trent's life. It will be held from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at Catering Temptations, 3907 Central Ave. Suite G, at South Park Shopping Center in Hot Springs on Wednesday, July 15, 2026.
