Douglas O. Todd
Douglas Owen Todd, 84, of Hot Springs, Arkansas, passed away on Thursday, Nov. 5, 2026.
Born June 30, 1942, in Batesville, Arkansas, he was the beloved son of the late Fred and Laura Todd.
Douglas attended Melbourne High School and later worked with the Garland County Sheriff's Office. He attended 70 West Church of Christ and found joy in life's simple pleasures — working through a crossword puzzle, spending time at Bass Pro and visiting the shooting range whenever he was able.
He will be remembered for the life he lived, the things he loved and the memories he shared with those around him. He will be dearly missed.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his loving wife, Alma Todd; children, Carla Schnitler (Harley) of Houston, Texas, and Lyndel Todd of Burk, Virginia; stepchildren, Karen Lemmer of Cabot, Arkansas, and Cristy Harrison (Blake) of Lonoke, Arkansas; brother, David Todd of Melbourne, Arkansas; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
