Kenneth A. Johnson

ROYAL — Kenneth Andrew Johnson, 83, of Royal, Arkansas, passed away Feb. 24, 2026. He was born Nov. 13, 1942, in Hot Springs, Arkansas, to Cloyd and Mary Johnson.

Kenneth proudly served his country for over 30 years in the United States Air Force. After retirement from the military, he worked as the director of the Garland County Red Cross. He shared nearly 60 years of marriage with the love of his life, enjoyed fishing, gardening, hunting, his time with the Elks and mostly, time with his family.

He was preceded in death by his father, Cloyd Johnson; mother, Mary Johnson; wife, Karen; and sister, Claudine Cusick.

Survivors include his son, David Johnson; daughter, Dayna Kay Johnson; siblings, Linda McClard (Phillip) and Mike Jackson (Pam); five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be 1-2 p.m. Tuesday at Caruth Hale Funeral Home.

A celebration of Kenneth's life will immediately follow beginning at 2 p.m.
