Patsy R. Skipper

Patsy Ruth Skipper, 91, of Hot Springs, Arkansas, met her Heavenly Father Aug. 21, 2026.

Patsy was born in Rover, Arkansas, in 1935 and her family moved to Hot Springs after World War II. She was a proud member of Center Fork Baptist Church, where her husband, Billy, served as a deacon. Patsy and Billy were married for 66 years before his passing in 2019. A woman of faith, Patsy was happiest when she was spending time with her family. She was especially proud of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Frank Skipper; and her parents, Earl and Clemie Hall.

She is survived by her brother, Lt. Col. (retired) Don (Kris) Hall; son, Billy Ray Skipper; grandchildren, Ronny James Skipper (Shauna) and Erika Nikole Henderson (Lance); great-grandchildren, Hank and Harper Skipper, and Lane and Hadley Henderson.

Visitation for Patsy will be held from 10-11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 28, 2026, at Gross Funeral Home. Funeral service will immediately follow the visitation at 11 a.m. Interment will follow the service at Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

Active pallbearers will be Ronny Skipper, Billy Skipper, Lance Henderson, Hank Skipper and Lane Henderson.
