Rodney D. Edgin
PINE BLUFF — Rodney Dale Edgin, 60, of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, went to be with the Lord on Friday, April 10, 2026.
He was born on Nov. 9, 1965, in Hot Springs, Arkansas, the son of Raymond and Frances Edgin.
Rodney loved spending time with family and friends. He never had any children, but you could find him at the kids' table at any family gathering playing with the kids. He wore party hats and silly glasses and was the life of the party at every birthday celebration. He enjoyed building things and carpentry work over the years. Rodney also enjoyed fishing, camping and spending time at the racetrack.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Frances Edgin; nephew, Travis Edgin; and a great nephew, TreyShawn Edgin.
Survivors include his lifelong partner, Leslie Kathryn Blocker; three sisters, Pamela Byrum, Deneise (David) Moulin and Beverly (John) Liszka; two brothers, Raymond (Mona) Edgin and Darrell (Denise) Edgin.
The family will have a memorial service at 11:30 a.m., today, April 18, 2026, at Pines Community Church, 242 Mountain View, Mountain Pine, Arkansas. Lunch will be served in the fellowship hall after the memorial service.
