Rodrick L. Harris

Rodrick LaKeith Harris, 44, of Hot Springs, Arkansas, transitioned on Monday, Feb. 9, 2026. He was born on July 11, 1981, in Hot Springs, Arkansas, to Loretta Denise Todd and Terry Harris. Rodrick was raised under the care and guidance of his mother and grandmother, Lena Knox, RN.

Rodrick graduated from Hot Springs High School as an honor student and later attended Job Corps, where he earned a masonry certification. From childhood, he was known as a fun-loving, precocious, high-energy, and spirited individual. As he grew, those qualities remained, complemented by his intelligence, humor, and deep love for his family.

Rodrick will be remembered as a loving father, son, brother, nephew, and friend whose presence brought joy and laughter to those around him

Rodrick was a devoted father to his children, Marquese Harris, Malaysha Harris, Julia Ann Walker, Amerah Harris, Jeremiah Harris, Logan Ratcliff, Kieshone Shine, Rocquelle Shine, Kye Harris, and Liam Harris, his parents, Loretta Todd, Terry Harris, his brother, Tyrone Harris, Adrian Kentrell Walker, and Coy Jackson Jr., his uncles, Charles Knox, James Knox, Dr. Micheal Knox, and his aunt, Michelle Knox, along with a host of other aunts, uncles, cousins, family members, and friends.

The small, intimate family memorial service will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 21, 2026, at Carrigan Memorial Funeral Service, 336 East Grand Ave. Family will be received at 3 p.m. at 115 Cypress St., Hot Springs, Arkansas 71901.
