Ruby Hare

Ruby "Billie" Hare, 92, of Hot Springs, Arkansas passed away, Sunday, March 29, 2026. She was born May 29, 1933, in Evening Shade, Arkansas to the late Oscar & Elsie Bacon Davis.

She was predeceased by her parents and husband, Kenneth Eugene Hare.

She is survived by her son, Kenneth Scott (Darcy) Hare; brothers, Fred (Lolie) Davis, "Jitter" Davis and grandson, Baley Hare.
