Wanda R. Stuckey
Wanda Renee Stuckey was born Oct. 18, 1957, in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, and completed her earthly journey on Oct. 7, 2026.
Renee graduated from Dumas High School in 1976, and completed her LPN certification at Great Rivers Vo-tech in 1983. She later earned an associate's degree from Colorado Technical University in 2021. Renee enjoyed sewing, crafting and shopping, but her greatest love was her family. Her utmost pride and joy were her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Renee's most significant accomplishment was overcoming addiction and she openly shared her story in hopes of inspiring others that recovery is possible.
Renee was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Billie Marilyn Johnston; brother, Roland Johnston; and sister, Lea' Denise Johnston.
Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Denise Willis (Andy), Leslie Crittenden (Travis) and Rhea Claire Smith (Deshawn).
She is also survived by her sisters, Michelle Hauge (Eddie) and Mary Margaret Ellison (Sonny); sister in-law, Rena Johnston; grandchildren, Peighton Williams, Skylar Bournes, Gabe Grilli (Devan), Trinity Bournes and Jaden Willis (Erika); great-grandchildren, Daelyn, Carter, Austin Jr., Daycie, Delilah, Cylan, Indie, Adriel, Ximena, Benjamin and Meredith; niece, Breta Hauge; nephews, Samuel Creighton, William Creighton and Jonathan Creighton; as well as aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who were considered family.
Family and friends are invited to attend Renee's celebration of life at 2 p.m. today at Caruth-Hale in Hot Springs.
Attendees are asked to wear her favorite color, purple.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her name to CHI St. Vincent Hot Springs Cardiac Rehab, 300 Werner Street, Hot Springs, AR 71913.
