Barbara L. Rucker

Barbara Louise Rucker, 81, of Hot Springs, Arkansas, passed away June 22, 2026.

She was born Jan. 16, 1945, in Hot Springs, Arkansas, to Rufus Mickens and Alice Mickens.

Barbara was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Rucker; father, Rufus Mickens; mother, Alice Mickens; brother, Bobby Mickens; and sister, Evelyn Cochran.

Survivors include her sons, Glen (Cara) Rucker, Jeff (Stephanie) Rucker and Jason (Bethany) Rucker; two younger brothers, Richard (Pam) Mickens and Johnny (Roseanne) Mickens; and eight grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 9-10 a.m. Monday, June 29, at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home.

A celebration of Barbara's life will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home, with Pastor Wayne Murphree officiating.

Pallbearers include Wes Mickens, Robert Stevens, Joey Stevens, Michael Blees, Shane Aitken and Colten Rucker.
