Leonard Wilburn Gibson Jr.
Leonard Wilburn Gibson Jr. passed away June 2, 2026. He was born Feb. 23, 1944, in North Little Rock, Arkansas.
Leonard will be remembered for his willingness to help his neighbors.
He is preceded in death by his father, Leonard Gibson Sr.; his mother, Margurite Shurley; two brothers, Ray Shurley and Terry Gibson; one daughter-in-law, Hazel Gibson; and one grandson, Darius Osborne.
He was survived by his wife, Jacquemae Gibson, of 44 years.
He has four children, Tammy Kostelaz, Diana Rigg, Gary Gibson and Joy Olalde; two sisters, Sandra Vincent and Joye Kline; 10 grandkids, including DeShea, Marcus, Demetrius; and 12 great-grandkids.
A Celebration of Life will be at a later date.
