Elizabeth Helen Wynn

Age 67 Hot Springs
June 7, 2026

Elizabeth Helen Wynn, 67, of Hot Springs, Arkansas, passed away on June 7, 2026. She was born on Feb. 5, 1959, in Moorhead, Minnesota, to Arthur Jore and Viola Jore.

Elizabeth was preceded in death by her parents; her aunt, Adaline Jore; Dorothy Larsen and her uncle, Richard Jore.

Survivors include her husband of 44 years, Horace "Skeeter" Wynn; her daughter, Kerry Timmins; her sons, John Wynn and Randall Marshall; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; foster sister, Arlene Newman; her favorite cousin, Terry Drees and others.

She was raised in Fargo, North Dakota. She joined the US Army Women's Corp and served her country as a nurse. A few short years later at 24 she met Skeeter where they fell in love and married, then brought her into his family of Kerry and John, this woman who would love and be their 2nd mother for all her days, and they both loved her as Mom.

Elizabeth was a master quilter and a multiyear president of the Hot Springs Quilt Guild. She was also involved in several additional clubs and guilds. She was a mental health advocate who worked with and helped many people over the years, opening her life to anyone who needed her. Her whole life was focused on giving - giving to her family and friends without expecting anything in return — truly a selfless person.

Elizabeth was the center of her family's life; she was the strength that held the family together. Her love knew no boundaries, and she was loved by everyone who met her. She loved God, loved reading her Bible daily, and loved being married to Skeeter. She will be deeply loved and missed for all time.

Elizabeth was proudly Catholic and Heaven now has one more Angel.

At time of choosing, Elizabeth will be laid to rest in her family plot at Holly, Minnesota, between her father and her husband Skeeter, the two men who loved and protected her, and whom she loved. As she requested. It shall be done.
